Wash House

Set within the original steading at Eastside Farm, The Wash House has been carefully reworked into a contemporary space that still reflects its rural setting. The layout is open-plan and arranged across split levels, with a double-height ceiling and large windows bringing in natural light and views across the garden and hills beyond.

A wood-burning stove anchors the living area, while a sleek kitchen and dining space sit slightly elevated, separated by bespoke timber detailing. The sleeping area is tucked behind a screen for privacy, paired with a shower room featuring a rainfall shower. Outside, the setting opens into woodland gardens, with access to walking routes across the wider farm and hills, all within easy reach of Edinburgh.
