The Caravan Shop

Opened in May 2025, The Caravan Shop brings relaxed, refined dining to Glasgow’s West End. Housed in a former caravan shop, the intimate 21-seat bar offers a changing wine list curated by General Manager Christopher R. Brewer and dishes by Head Chef Alan Doig and Chef Director Colin Anderson. Guests can enjoy snacks such as ham hough croquettes, beef tartare and the signature mac and cheese waffle, alongside classic cocktails and wines by the glass or on tap. Downstairs, Cellar provides a warm, moody space for tastings, rare bottles and private gatherings, a real neighbourhood gem.
