Introduction
A seemingly unassuming inn in Machluchie, Poosie Nansies Inn is a popular site for Burns lovers to visit. It’s believed this is where a young Robert would come to meet his eventual wife, Jean. Though some have argued it had less than savoury visitors (it may have been a brothel) it’s still of great interest to those who follow the Bard’s life carefully.
