Lerwick Brewery
The most northerly brewery in Britain, with a taproom and a tour.
Welcome
Lerwick Brewery is a hundred miles north of the Scottish mainland, which makes it the most northerly in the UK, and it brews traditional styles with a local turn: the beers are named for Up Helly Aa, the sea and the weather.
Tours run round the brewhouse and finish in the taproom, and there is a shop for taking some away. It sits out at Ladies Drive rather than in the middle of town.
