Where to shop in Fife.

Some of the best afternoons in Fife are spent pottering between the shops of its small towns and villages. The East Neuk in particular is full of people making things, from potters and glassmakers to knitwear designers and guitar builders, several of them working right there in the shop or the studio. Then there are the farm shops and delis, stocked with cheese, beef, vegetables and bread from the fields around them, and the independent shops on the high streets of the towns along the Forth and the Tay.
