Brown’s of Leith opens on 27 November in Edinburgh’s historic George Brown & Sons Engineering Works, transforming the space into a hub for food, drink, and the arts.

The launch features four businesses: Haze, an all-day small plates venue; Shuck Bar, celebrating Scottish seafood; Civerino’s, serving East Coast-style pizza; and Woven, a blended whisky studio.

The project, led by Custom Lane under Gunnar Groves-Raines and GRAS architecture, aims to encourage creativity, collaboration, and community. Over three floors, visitors can enjoy workshops, tastings, exhibitions, and events, alongside the food and drink.
