Welcome

In the middle of Findhorn village, looking out over the bay, stands the Crown and Anchor, the village inn.

It is warm and friendly, with its own whisky bar, and it has eight rooms upstairs.

The kitchen sticks to traditional Scottish cooking, making the most of fresh Moray seafood and locally sourced meat and vegetables, and visitors praise the generous portions and the Cullen skink. The bar is serious about its drinks, with around eighty gins, some 120 malt whiskies in its own whisky bar, and cask ales on tap.

When the weather is fine there are tables outside, and when it is not, the covered Eatooterie and a lean-to with a view of the bay let you eat in the fresh air anyway. Families are welcome, and there is parking at the door.
