Built inside a working watermill dating back to the 16th century, Blair Atholl Watermill is packed with the smells of fresh baking. Using flour made in-house, their scones, bread, bagels, cakes and so much more are uniquely theirs – alongside some delicious homemade soups. And if you love the flour, you can even buy it in their on-site gift shop.
