First established in 1999, the Wigtown Book Festival remains one of the most popular in the UK. Taking place annually in Wigtown – Scotland’s National Book Town – the festival is a ten-day celebration of all things literary, offering more than 200 events for visitors. It also attracts hundreds of authors – from big names bestsellers to aspiring novelists.
