The Wildcat is a small café at 21 High Street in Fort William, and everything on its menu is vegan.
People who eat anything like it just as much, for the coffee and the cooking.
The coffee is speciality coffee, the tea is loose leaf, and the food is made in the kitchen: toasts with inventive toppings, filled wraps, and a mac and cheese that regulars talk about. It was set up with an eye on the environment as much as the menu. The wifi is fast, there are window tables to watch the street from, and at quiet times people settle in with a laptop; at busy times it fills up. The staff are friendly.
