The Pavilion, Elie

A family-run cafe beside the golf course and tennis courts at Earlsferry, near Elie beach, open all year and into the evening in summer.

At the Earlsferry end of Elie, down Golf Club Lane beside the links and the tennis courts, the Pavilion is a friendly, family-run cafe.

The beach is only a few minutes' walk away.

The menu is long and varied: breakfasts, soups, light lunches and main meals, cooked fresh to order with local produce, alongside home baking, cakes and ice cream. Puddings run to apple toffee cake with ice cream. On sunny days the tables outside fill quickly, and dogs are welcomed so warmly that they have a menu of their own.

It is open all year round, from mid-morning until the afternoon, and in the summer months it stays open into the evening with a dinner menu, which makes it a relaxed place to end a day on the beach or a round of golf.
