Sauna at the Kings

A wood-fired barrel sauna on the edge of Cullen beach by the Three Kings stacks, with the North Sea for a cold plunge.

Welcome

On the edge of the golden sands at Cullen, a short stroll from the beach car park past the tall Three Kings stacks, sits a black barrel sauna with a chimney pipe and a view right across the bay.

Sauna at the Kings is wood-fired and hand-built, seats up to eight, and looks out across the whole sweep of the bay.

Warm up in the sauna, run down the beach for a cold plunge in the North Sea, then go back into the heat. There are sauna hats to borrow.

Sessions are booked online, either shared public sessions or the whole sauna for a private group. There are workshops too, pairing the sauna with Pilates, sound baths and fitness, and winter full moon sessions. Coffee at the Kings is just round the corner.
