Logan Botanic Garden

Found near Stranraer, the Logan Botanic Garden has a distinctly tropical feel about it. Established in 1869, the Gulf Stream warms the area, creating a distinctly warmer climate, allowing plants from places like South America and Australia to grow naturally. Look out especially for palm trees, eucalyptus, and the UK’s first all-green Glasshouse.
