Welcome

On the High Street in Arbroath, halfway between the abbey and the harbour, Andreou's brings a Greek taverna to the Angus coast.

The tables are laid with blue gingham, and the food is cooked the way it would be at home in Greece.

The menu runs from mezze, dips, olives and warm pitta to grills, oven dishes and fish cooked simply with lemon, with gluten-free and vegan dishes marked. Dogs are welcome, with water bowls at the door.

Andreou's is closed on Mondays. It opens at 4pm from Tuesday to Friday and at noon at the weekend, when tables are best booked. In summer 2026 it ran the Arbroath Food and Music Festival, with a night at the bistro and a day in Inchcape Park.
