Introduction

Part of the UK Top 50 at the National Fish and Chip Awards (2020), Sea Salt and Sole is such an Aberdeen institution – they’ve got three different locations! Found on Cove Bay, Dyce and Bridge of Don, their fish is sourced daily from local waters – from familiar haddock and cod to local catches of langoustines and scampi.
