Tarragon by Graham Mitchell
Graham Mitchell's modern Scottish restaurant on Rosemount Place in Aberdeen, cooking seasonal food from the farmland and sea of the North East.
You'll spot Tarragon from along the street, its door framed in an arch of flowers and fairy lights on Rosemount Place, in Aberdeen's Rosemount.
Inside, chef Graham Mitchell cooks modern Scottish food from the farmland and the North Sea of the North East, with seasonal menus of locally caught fish and shellfish, good meat and just-picked greens. Graham is an award-winning chef: a gold winner as Scotch Beef chef of the year and as Scottish sustainable seafood chef of the year, and a silver medallist with the Scottish culinary team at the Culinary Olympics. He runs the restaurant with Clare, who looks after the front of house with more than 20 years in hospitality behind her. Tarragon holds an AA Rosette and was named Scottish restaurant of the year at the Scottish Hospitality and Entertainment Awards. Look out for the steak club and the Sunday roast, and book a table through its website.
