Introduction
Marked by a single bench, Scott’s View just outside of Kelso is one of the prime spots over which to take in the Borders countryside. With the River Tweed and Eildon Hills marked into the landscape, the land was a favourite spot of 19th-century writer Sir Walter Scott to come and take inspiration for his work.
