Aberdeenshire · from nts.org.uk

Drum Castle in Aberdeenshire hosts a new exhibition by Scottish artist Paul Furneaux, whose works reflect years of travel across Japan, the Americas, and Northern Europe.

North by East brings his delicate mokuhanga prints, a Japanese form of woodblock printing, into the castle’s historic rooms.

The themes are landscape, memory and movement, and the setting is one of Scotland’s oldest tower houses.
