Tia Knowles, a 23‑year‑old fashion designer from Forres, has been invited to showcase her handmade garments at the Avantgardista event in Munich, Germany.

Knowles launched her brand only a couple of years ago, and works with techniques such as hand-stitching and custom-painted fabrics.

Her designs have already been featured in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, and this is her international debut.
