Introduction
Backed by the wild landscape of the Isle of Arran, Scalpsie Bay is a hub for local wildlife and walkers alike. Once used as a training ground during WWII, the sand on the bay has a distinctive, red-ish hue best viewed from above. Make sure to look out for the local colonies of grey seals.
