Welcome

On the High Street in Fortrose, IV10 takes its name from the town's postcode, and since 2018 it has been a place on the Black Isle for coffee, lunch and a drink.

It is a family-run café, bar and deli, opened by a family who came home to Scotland after years of living and working abroad.

The menu is written fresh each day, following the seasons rather than any one style, with plates made for sharing, and a wood-fired oven at the heart of the kitchen turns out pizzas to order. The deli counters hold the house baking: scotch eggs and pies, brownies and lemon tarts, with local and European cheeses and charcuterie, all to take away if you prefer.

The coffee is roasted in Cromarty, the beer comes from the Black Isle and Cromarty breweries, and every wine is poured by the glass. Inside, teal banquettes sit under glass lamps. It stays open late on Fridays and Saturdays.
