Cafe Ahoy

It is a small, cheerful cafe with a sunny outdoor terrace.

The kitchen does brunch and lunch, and does them generously: full breakfasts, stacks of pancakes piled with fresh fruit, eggs on avocado toast, sandwiches and salads, with smoothies and milkshakes to go with them and afternoon tea on a tiered stand.

Dogs are more than welcome, as long as they bring a well-behaved owner, which makes it a good stop before or after a walk on Aberdeen beach, just along the road. The cafe opens Wednesday to Sunday, from half past eight until half past three, and tables can be booked online.
