This is a good hike for newcomers to hiking. It’s not too difficult and the views of Rannoch Moor, Glen Etive and Glen Coe are stunning. Novice hikers should be careful to avoid the neighbouring Buachaille Etive Mòr as it’s much more difficult and is prone to avalanche.
