Beds and Baths with a View on Skye

Imagine lying back in the bath with the sea outside the window, or waking up to the Cuillin without lifting your head from the pillow. These are the places on Skye where the view comes right into the bedroom.

Some views are for climbing up to, and some are best enjoyed from a warm bath with a glass of something in hand. On Skye, where the light changes by the minute and the weather rolls in off the sea, the best seat in the house is often the bed or the tub.

We've found the places to stay where the view is part of the room itself. There are roll-top baths looking out to sea, an outdoor tub for two under an enormous sky, bedrooms with sea lochs stretching away from the window, and hotel rooms where you can watch the Cuillin from bed. Run the bath, open the curtains and settle in. You might not make it out until lunchtime.
