Stonechat Bothy is a hideaway for two on a wildlife croft at Drumfearn, on Skye's Sleat peninsula, and from its windows there isn't a road, a house or a streetlight in sight. Floor-to-ceiling glass looks out over pine and birch, heather and moor to the mountains beyond. Inside it's warm and homely, with underfloor heating, a log burner fed with firewood grown on the croft, local art on the walls, a deep bath and a king-size bed made up in Egyptian cotton.
