Walks
in Angus.
It’s 20:55 in Angus.
Angus
Clifftops and a door in the wall.
Angus walks are short enough for a morning and full of things to stop for. The coast path leaves Arbroath for the red cliffs, where the sea has cut caves, stacks and arches, and climbs to Auchmithie, perched on the clifftop. From the village, the walk carries on along the Ethie cliffs. At Edzell, the path goes through a blue door in an estate wall and follows the North Esk up a wooded gorge. Pick up smokies in Arbroath before you set off, and take binoculars for the birds on the ledges.
You are up to date.
That is everything for today. Tomorrow's first posts go up in the morning. Or have the best of it in your inbox each morning in the Daily.
