One of the biggest attractions in the area, this museum preserves the history of HM Factory Gretna, which was the world’s biggest munitions factory during the First and Second World War’s. ‘Devil’s Porridge’ was slang for the explosive the factory made – and the museum captures the stories of its workers and the local area to life.
