The Annan Merse shore walk

If you’re looking for a low-level walk, the Annan Merse Shore Walk takes through the great maritime history of the area in a 5k trail towards the Solway Firth. Of moderate difficulty, the walk crosses from pavement to tracks to grass, so it’s worth taking a decent pair of hiking boots with you to handle the different terrains.
