The Cuillin Brewery is a small brewery at the Sligachan Hotel, at the foot of the Cuillin, and its beers are poured next door in Seumas' Bar.

The brewer is Stewart Patience, and the core range is four traditional ales: Eagle Ale, a golden ale; Pinnacle, a hoppy amber; Blackhouse, a mild dark beer; and Old Bridge, a bitter.
Alongside them come limited brews made with other Skye producers: a seaweed IPA with Skye Seaweed, a sea salt and rhubarb sour with the Skye Salt Company, a coffee milk stout with beans from Birch in Portree, and a barrel-aged stout matured in casks from the Raasay distillery, called Over the Sea to Skye. The brewery has no bottling line of its own, and the beer is sent away to be bottled and canned, so the best place to try it is the bar beside the brewhouse, a pint of Old Bridge in hand after a day on the hill.
