Inside Ptarmigan Cottage.
Ptarmigan Cottage sits 15 metres from the shore of Broadford Bay on Skye, a traditional three-bedroom cottage turned into a hideaway for two. Upstairs, a seven-foot emperor bed looks out over the bay, and the bathroom has his and hers roll-top baths and a walk-in shower. The lounge has a living-flame fire, a piano, a tide clock and giant binoculars for the otters on the shore. In the garden there's a Swedish sauna looking over the water, with a bath outside, hot and cold, beside it.
