Three Hills Coffee
A speciality coffee roastery and cafe on the High Street in Selkirk, roasting its own beans and teaching barista courses.
Three Hills is a speciality coffee roaster based in Selkirk, and its cafe on the High Street is where most people meet it.
It opened in 2018.
The team roasts a range of coffees at its own roastery, and every one can be bought as whole beans or ground to suit how you brew at home. In 2024 it finished a larger roastery with a teaching lab, where it runs barista courses. The cafe serves a changing menu of simple, well-made food, and visitors have praised the warm welcome and the view over the main street on a sunny day.
Three Hills opens from Tuesday to Saturday, with shorter hours on Saturdays. Selkirk's tartan mill and Abbotsford are both close by.

Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4pm, with shorter hours on Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday.
