Fans of Hamilton have a treat at the Edinburgh Playhouse tonight. Leslie Odom, Jr. won a Tony Award for playing Aaron Burr in the original Broadway cast, and he brings his concert to Greenside Place for one night only. Expect songs from the American Songbook, pop favourites given a new turn and musical theatre classics, with some of the Hamilton songs that made his name. The Playhouse is at the top of Leith Walk, a few minutes' walk from Princes Street. Doors open at 7pm, the concert starts at 8pm, and tickets are on the theatre's website. Under 16s need to come with an adult.
