Skye from Portree with a stop at Talisker, the island's own distillery.

This is the Skye day for anyone who likes a dram. From Portree you stop at Sligachan Old Bridge below the Cuillin and walk to the Fairy Pools, then visit Talisker Distillery on the shore of Loch Harport, where you can add a tour and tasting. The afternoon is at Dunvegan Castle (or Neist Point when it's closed), and the drive back takes in the Fairy Glen, the Quiraing, Kilt Rock and the Old Man of Storr. There's very little time on the road and a lot of Skye, in a small group of up to 16. It runs three days a week, mid-March to October.
