There's nothing quite like a sauna by the sea, then a dip in the cold water. On Jura and on Mull, wood-fired saunas built into converted horseboxes move round the shores, so you can warm up looking out at the islands. Book a session, bring a towel and a swimsuit, and be brave about the swim. Afterwards you'll feel wonderful.
