Weekend closure for Burleigh Sands car park

NatureScot confirmed the closure on 5 August. The car park at Burleigh Sands, on the north shore of Loch Leven near Kinross, will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays for the remainder of the summer season. Anti-social behaviour is the reason given.

The reserve itself stays open and weekday parking is unaffected. The Loch Leven Heritage Trail can still be picked up from other points around the loch. Worth checking before you set off at a weekend, all the same.
