Stoer Lighthouse
Introduction
Stoer Head offers a dramatic coastline with great views, wildlife and a Lighthouse. The Lighthouse was built in 1870 after the Stevenson family were commissioned to build a number of lighthouses around the coast. The Lightkeeper and his assistant would have lived in the accommodation. The light is now automated and the accommodation is being used for self-catering.
