Bay of Sannick

Found near John O’ Groats, the Bay of Sannick is a stretch of white beach backed by sloping green hills. Home to a wide variety of seabirds and a local seal population, the bay sits on the shores of the Pentland Firth and is the perfect place for a beach day before heading to the most northerly point of the country.
