From Friday the 15th to Sunday the 17th of August 2025, Visual Arts Scotland hosts its debut Artist & Maker Market at Dalkeith Palace and Country Park, just a short journey from Edinburgh. Around 110 stalls fill the palace rooms and grounds, selling ceramics, jewellery, textiles, prints, paintings and sculpture. The event also features curated micro-exhibitions, a graduate showcase, and an affordable “30×30 cm” art display. Entry is free, and the market is open from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day.
