Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival
Edinburgh's autumn gets a taste of Spain and Latin America as the Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival returns for its 13th year.
On the first Saturday in October, the Outer Hebrides Comic Con takes over An Lanntair and the Town Hall for the day, with talks from comic artists and writers, gaming, VR, props and plenty of drop-in activities. There are workshops in drawing, writing, animation, game development and stage combat through the day, which cost a little extra to book, or you can join on the day if there's room. Come in costume if you like. It's on Saturday 3 October. Tickets are £8, £5 for ages 5 to 15, £20 for a family of four, and free for under-fives.
