Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival
Edinburgh's autumn gets a taste of Spain and Latin America as the Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival returns for its 13th year.

The Stirling Highland Games is a full-day festival with heavyweight events such as the caber toss, alongside solo piping, Highland dancing, track races and cycling, and adaptive events for strength athletes. The Stirling Stones challenge is a test of endurance. A new dedicated food and drink area expands the Traders Village to feature more than 60 artisan producers. Creative performances, heritage walking tours and a community sports zone for children run throughout the day. Tickets are available online in advance or at the gate; prices range from £15 for adults to £2.50 for children, with concession and family options. The venue provides accessible toilets and covered seating in a grandstand for International Gathering ticket holders. Visitors can expect panoramic views over the Wallace Monument, Cambuskenneth Abbey and Stirling Castle. The event runs rain or shine.
