Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival
Edinburgh's autumn gets a taste of Spain and Latin America as the Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival returns for its 13th year.

Oxstock, a new arts and music festival, fills the Borders village of Oxton from 9 to 11 October. It opens on the Friday with a dance night headlined by DJ Yogi Haughton and the Sisters of Soul. On the Saturday, Karine Polwart is in conversation with Jemma Neville, and Blue Rose Code play that night. Sunday brings Jenna Reid and Harris Playfair in concert, with children's workshops across the weekend.
Most events are in the War Memorial Hall on Station Road, TD2 6PW, with free live music at the Tower Hotel. Tickets run from free to £10. You can book each event through the Oxton Community Development website.
