Every Thursday at noon, Greyfriars Kirk in Edinburgh's Old Town opens its doors for a free lunchtime concert, and on 12 November it is the turn of Magnus Turpie and Friends. The Edinburgh band are regulars at the city's festivals and ceilidhs, and they like to get the audience involved. The concert runs from 12pm to 12.45pm, so it fits neatly into a day in the Old Town. Everyone is welcome, with no ticket needed, and donations are asked for on the day.
