Signature Food Festival
Some of the UK's most celebrated chefs are heading north this November, and you don't need a trip to London to taste their cooking.

Every November, SEALL takes a band of top folk and jazz musicians round the village halls of Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh, and this year's Festival of Small Halls runs from 19 to 28 November. Kris Drever, Fergus McCreadie, Rachel Sermanni, Adam Sutherland and four more put together a one-off set just for the tour. All eight play the opening night at Dunvegan Community Hall and the closing cèilidh at the Sligachan Hotel. In between they split into two groups for Kyle, Raasay, Braes, Ardvasar, Edinbane, Kilmuir, Broadford and an afternoon show at Summer Café in Portree. Tickets, times and prices for each hall are on the SEALL website.
