Bowie fans are in for a treat at V&A Dundee this winter. The V&A looks after David Bowie's own archive, some eighty thousand costumes, lyric sheets, instruments, photographs and notes, and this is the first big showing of it in Scotland. It opens on 4 November in the museum on the banks of the Tay, and tickets are needed. A weekday morning is a lovely time to go, and the café looks straight down the river.
