Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival
Edinburgh's autumn gets a taste of Spain and Latin America as the Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival returns for its 13th year.
A Cold War bunker lies hidden underground beneath the former RAF Inverbervie, and on Saturday 17 October you can head down inside it. Bervie Brow is a 28-acre Cold War station with stunning coastal views above, now a research station and reserve. The guided tour takes you into the depths and tells the story of the site and the work to preserve it.
The tour lasts about 1 hour 40 minutes and finishes with a cup of tea and a teacake. Meet at Bervie Brow Research Station, Kinneff, DD10 0TL, where there's free parking. Under-18s come with a parent or guardian, and tickets are booked through Eventbrite.
