A Perthshire forestry estate with its own wind farm has been sold for £145 million, marking one of Scotland's largest rural land transactions. The Griffin Forestry Estate, located near Aberfeldy, includes commercial forestry, renewable energy infrastructure, and residential properties. Savills brokered the sale.
The domed brick drum on the north bank of the Clyde, opposite the Radisson RED at the SEC campus, is to open again in May 2027 as The Rotunda and Roundhouse.
