Gerard Lyons is the singing potter – a man from Moffat who claims his life was saved by the power of Christian prayer. A former opera singer who now sings religious pieces, Gerard turned to faith. When he was struck by chest pains, he suddenly made a miraculous recovery – and puts it all down to God. His shop is available to visit on the Moffat High Street.
