Christmas Clay Forest Workshop takes place at Bowhouse in Fife. In this hands on session, participants create up to five cone shaped Christmas trees using traditional hand building and sculpting techniques with terracotta clay. Each piece is shaped by hand and decorated with coloured slips to add pattern and surface detail. After the workshop, the finished work is fired and prepared for collection at the Bowhouse Christmas Market. The session offers a relaxed, practical introduction to clay work in a creative rural setting.
