If you love Scotland's hills, glens and coast, here's one for the diary. Dovecot Studios on Infirmary Street is bringing together four centuries of Scottish landscape art for The Scottish Landscape: Romance to Reality. The exhibition looks at the part artists have played in how Scotland's scenery is seen, from romantic visions onwards, and it's a lovely way to spend a grey afternoon in the Old Town. It runs from 5 February to 22 May 2027 at Dovecot Studios, 10 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
