Skye Live
Skye Live is a weekend of loud, local music within sight of the harbour in Portree.

Fèis Ìle began as a Gaelic festival and has grown into the ten days when the whisky world comes to Islay. Each distillery takes its own day, Bruichladdich, Ardbeg and Laphroaig among them, and opens its gates for tastings, tours, music and a special bottling made for the day.
Around them are ceilidhs, boat trips and walks on the island's beaches, and plenty of time spent outside a distillery with a dram. The 2027 festival runs from Friday 28 May to Sunday 6 June. Beds and ferries are booked up to a year ahead, so if you're tempted, sort your travel first.

Pairs spend a spring week at Gleneagles playing alternate shots over the King's and Queen's courses.

Stromness is a stone town of one long street and a hundred closes running down to the harbour, and for four days at the end of May every hall, church and bar on it has music in it.
